Paula is a registered Naturopathic Medicine Practitioner who supports individuals with chronic and pre-chronic health conditions (long-term health issues). She is also a Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Therapist, which enables her to also support those with mental and emotional health challenges. This could be from dealing with stress and anxiety right through to self-esteem issues and trauma.
As a Counsellor and CBT practitioner she can address mental and emotional health problems which can often lead to chronic and pre-chronic health concerns. This can include weight issues, digestive problems, poor sleep quality, hormonal imbalances and many other long- term health conditions.
Paula is also a qualified phlebotomist who enabling her to offer Functional and extensive blood test to those suffering with chronic and pre-chronic conditions. This is most beneficial to assist with getting to the root cause of their health concerns. The blood test outcomes are then supported using naturopathic medicine and its various treatment protocols.
She is passionate about the promotion of health and wellbeing. Having a master’s degree in psychology and being a Counsellor and CBT Practitioner alongside a degree in Naturopathic medicine, she is well placed to offer a mind body approach to healthcare that considers the nutritional, physical and emotional health of an individual.
Paula’s career goal is to apply her knowledge and skillset to support as many individuals as possible that are struggling with chronic and pre- chronic health conditions. This is so that they can reach their goal of achieving good health and wellbeing, be it good mental health, nutritional health, physical health or a combination of all three.
