Alex Newte Hardie, M.R.N., BSc (Hons), BA (Hons) has been a registered naturopath since 2011. She was appointed the resident graduate naturopath at the University of Westminster immediately after graduation in 2011 and after two years was asked to join the Light Centre as general healthcare practitioner, heading up their Holistic Health Screening programme at the Belgravia branch. In addition, Alex runs her own private clinic at the Light Centre and online. She has also since trained as a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy teacher and a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and has attended further trainings in Compassion-Focussed Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She specialises in anxiety disorders, mild depression, infertility and chronic pain.
