Sybille is a trained Naturopath, health sciences specialist, and yoga teacher, with over two decades of experience. She is driven by a deep-rooted belief in the body’s innate ability to heal and the transformative power of holistic self-care. Her resonance based practice is designed to reconnect body and mind, promoting harmony and synchronisation with oneself and the world we live in.
A model, former ballet dancer, and mother of two, Sybille trained at the renowned Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre before moving on to the British Wheel of Yoga. She holds a diploma in naturopathic nutrition, taught under Barbara Wren, and a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences from the University of Westminster.
